Learn how to create your own amazing templates right inside our online ordering software. Steve has been demonstrating how to put together templates for several years now. Once you see how powerful a tool d3 is, you'll want to start making templates right away. Steve will also show you how to utilize them in your studio.
Session 4 (9:00 - 10:00pm)
Customer Service 101
Steve will take you through different examples of how to establish and maintain a good working relationship with your studio customers. He will show you the in's and out's of everything, including when and where you sell, dealing with difficult customers, and more!
