- Color correction services are available at a per-hour fee.
- Photographers should white-balance the camera for each light situation and color-calibrate their monitors every 14 days.
- Files uploaded via onPrint must be saved in sRGB “.jpg” format; no other image formats are supported. Images should be saved at 250 dpi for best results.
- Photoshop 6.0 is the minimum-compatible Photoshop for image rendering. If using Photoshop 7, obtain the free 7.01 update from the Adobe website.
- When submitting files via CD, please burn your CD’s in ISO 9600 format. This is the default for the vast majority of CD burners.
- Minimum order charge is $11.00.
- A color reference print is included with each order to ensure color accuracy.
- Paper type is Kodak “E” surface.
- All prints are borderless.
- Wallets are die-cut free of charge. All other units are returned in bulk uncut format.
- Facial retouching and corrective artwork are not available
