- Color correction services available at a per-hour fee.
- Photographers should white-balance the camera for each light situation and color-calibrate their monitors every 14 days.
- Files uploaded via onPrint must be saved in sRGB “.jpg” format; no other image formats are supported. Images should be saved at 250 dpi for best results.
- Photoshop 7.0.1 is the minimum-compatible Photoshop for image rendering.
- When submitting files via CD, please burn your CD’s in ISO 9600 format. This is the default for the vast majority of CD burners.
- Minimum order charge is $11.00.
- A color reference print is included with each order to ensure color accuracy.
- Paper type is Kodak “E” surface.
- All prints are borderless.
- Wallets are die-cut @ $0.20 per unit. All other units are returned in bulk uncut format.
- Services available: mounts, gold imprinting.
- Facial retouching and corrective artwork are not available.
- Gold folder imprinting is available on product folders (26 characters per-line maximum). Plain folders may have two lines, decorative folders may have one line. One imprint style per order.
